Due to enrollment constraints for the Spring semester, the admissions process for impacted majors will include department review and applicants will be ranked and accommodated according to space availability. Admissions priorities will be in the order that follows:

  • First Priority: Associate Degree for Transfer (ADT) student applicants applying to an approved major
  • Second Priority: Local service area students
  • Third Priority: Out-of-area applicants

Due to enrollment constraints, we advise students to apply to more than one CSU campus.

Late Application Appeal 

To appeal the submission of a late application, please follow these steps:

  • Complete and turn in the paper application available on the Admissions Forms page.
    • Screenshot printouts will not be accepted in place of the complete paper application.
  • Include the application fee (check or money order) for $55 or fee waiver.
  • Include a letter of appeal.
  • Include official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended.
  • Appeals for late applications MUST be complete and have all appeal components included in the appeals packet. These include the appeal form, letter of appeal, completed paper application, transcripts, and application fee payment along with any other documents the student feels are relevant. Appeals for late applications that do not include all necessary parts are returned to the student without review.
